Holly Goodridge's hand-knitted sweaters are embroidered with text and imagery drawn from lived experience as an autistic, chronically ill person.
Each garment makes visible the labour embedded in both textile work and neurodivergent survival. Embroidered phrases from medical encounters, sensory overwhelm, and masking disrupt the knitted surfaces just as these experiences disrupt daily life.
Audiences are invited to touch the garments, slowing down to engage through tactile connection rather than solely through visual consumption.
