Women of Feelings features portraits of women created throughout the last year that have been painted in colours which reflect their personalities. The collection portrays various women and their diverse life experiences but perhaps all the faces are actually self portraits and reflect the varying emotions that are tied with the questioning of ones identity as a woman and a migrant. June exhibition: Vasalisa - Retold

In 2013 Jade began retelling this folktale via 10 linocut prints, and, in keeping with folktales in general, her aim has always been to tell the story rather than read it from the page (Thus enabling the story teller to add their own flavour to the tale).  A tale of initiation and intuition, Vasalisa shows the young, naïve and curious how to navigate the pathways that unfold before us.
