Bring a plate and settle in for a chat. We want you to have fun in the spirit of this year’s IWD theme #balanceforbetter and we hope to stimulate discussion about the contemporary role of a women’s centre.

FO[R]EPAST is a BYO picnic at tables, indoors (bring ideas and food to share) in celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD).   In the spirit of a picnic, guests/participants are encouraged to bring some food for themselves and/or to share but we will also provide snacks and drinks.  The picnic will be facilitated by  Jamie Lewis ( with individual table hosts including:

    • Jenna Davey-Burns, QVWC Trustee, gender and human rights policy specialist
