The booklet, which will be officially launched by Minister for Women's Affairs Mary Delahunty is titled 'Getting the Balance Right: Creating family friendly workplaces for women in small non-government-organisations.

The booklet is the result of a project supported by the Victorian Government through Industrial Relations Victoria and Victorian Women's Trust.

'Getting the Balance Right: Creating Family Friendly Workplaces' has also been developed into an interactive version of the booklet. In this version, you will find even more helpful information to aid you and your organisation to consider and implement family friendly policies. The interactive booklet links to other information resources, offers more information about key issues and questions and has a glossary of terms.
